Purpose Statement
To welcome clients and coordinate branch flow through efficient queue management, provide excellent client service, assist clients at ATMs, and support transactions on remote or self-service channels. The learnership aims to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and experience required for service consulting.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
- No prior work experience required
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Some client service experience within a retail, financial, or banking environment (advantageous but not required)
- Ambitious, eager to learn, and clear about personal career aspirations
- Comfortable engaging with people and providing service support
Knowledge Requirements
Minimum:
- Basic calculation skills
- Ability to engage confidently with people
- Willingness to learn and grow
Ideal:
- Knowledge of bank branch environments
- Understanding of Capitec Bank products and business processes (internal advantage)
