Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa invites applications from suitably qualified and unemployed youth to apply for the Human Resources Learnership Programme 2026. This structured 12-month programme provides an opportunity to gain both theoretical knowledge and practical workplace experience in Human Resources and Business Administration.


Programme Overview

The learnership leads to a nationally recognised qualification in Business Administration (NQF Level 4). The programme combines formal classroom learning with practical, on-the-job training within the HR environment.

Participants will gain valuable exposure to corporate HR operations while developing essential administrative and professional skills.


Key Responsibilities

Successful learners will be required to:

  • Provide administrative support within the HR department
  • Assist with documentation management and record keeping
  • Participate in structured learning sessions and workplace assessments
  • Maintain professional conduct and commitment throughout the programme
  • Develop communication, organisational and teamwork skills

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Grade 12 (Matric) with English and Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy
  • South African citizen
  • Aged between 18 and 35 years
  • Unemployed at the time of application
  • Not currently enrolled in full-time studies
  • Must not have completed the same qualification previously
  • Must provide a valid medical record or doctor’s letter confirming disability
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to commit to the full 12-month programme

This opportunity is specifically targeted at unemployed youth living with disabilities.


Stipend

Learners will receive a monthly stipend in accordance with SETA guidelines for the duration of the programme.
