About the Programme

This fully funded learnership is designed to equip unemployed youth with practical technical skills, workplace readiness, and foundational industry knowledge. On successful completion, learners receive a nationally recognised qualification that improves their employability in technical and infrastructure-related sectors.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Be a South African citizen
  • Be unemployed
  • Be between 18 and 34 years old
  • Have a minimum of Grade 10 or ABET Level 3 (literacy and numeracy)
  • Be willing to commit to the full duration of the programme
