Purpose of the Programme

The purpose of this Internship / Learnership is to provide structured workplace exposure for a period of approximately 24 months. Participants will gain practical experience while developing essential workplace competencies.

The programme focuses on:

  • Enhancing workplace readiness
  • Providing hands-on exposure in a corporate environment

Placement Locations

Successful candidates may be placed at operational sites within Gauteng, including:

  • Roodepoort
  • Florida
  • Helderkruin
  • Midrand
  • Surrounding areas

Placement will be determined based on operational requirements.


Key Responsibilities

Although duties will depend on the specific placement, participants can expect to:

  • Assist with general administrative tasks
  • Support operational teams
  • Maintain professional workplace conduct
  • Follow instructions from supervisors
  • Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Must have completed Matric (Grade 12)
  • Good command of English (written and verbal)
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally
  • Ability to work under pressure

Important: All successful candidates will be subject to criminal background checks.
