Applicants must meet one of the following qualifications:

- Grade 12 with English, Mathematics, and Physical Science

- Grade 10 with Full N2 qualification including four engineering subjects

- NCV Level 3 with Mathematics and relevant technical subjects
Selection Criteria
Applicants may be required to:
- Pass psychometric or aptitude tests
- Attend an interview
- Be medically fit for underground mining work
