Programme Purpose

The Sasol Foundation Graduate Internship Programme is designed to provide graduates with a two-year workplace experience within various Sasol Business Units. This initiative aims to equip young professionals with practical skills, industry exposure, and meaningful career development opportunities, supporting the creation of an inclusive South African economy.

Key Requirements

  • South African citizen
  • Aged between 18 and 29 years
  • Currently unemployed
  • Reside within Sasol local communities (Secunda, Sasolburg, Ekandustria) or Sasol Retail sites within a 50km radius
  • Completed a bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
    • Digital Marketing / Marketing & Sales
    • Data Science / Data Analytics
    • Information Technology
    • Transport & Logistics
    • Operations / Retail / Brand Management
    • Law (LLB / Legal & Compliance / Commercial or Property Law)
    • Human Resources / Industrial Psychology / Industrial Relations
    • Finance / Accounting / Information Systems (including CIMA / CFP streams)
    • Public Relations / Stakeholder Relations
    • Development Studies / Project Management
    • Brand Communication / Communications
    • Business Management / Economics / Business Administration
    • Engineering (Civil or Industrial)
    • Property Studies / Real Estate
