About the Programme
The Shoprite Money Market YES Programme 2026 is a 12-month work-based learning opportunity designed to give young South Africans practical work experience in retail sales and customer service. Participants will be placed in Shoprite stores and trained to promote Money Market account products while gaining valuable workplace skills.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Shoprite Money Market products
- Assist customers with account enquiries
- Provide excellent customer service
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets
- Learn basic retail and financial service operations
Requirements
- South African citizen
- Aged between 18 and 35 years
- Completed N6 or equivalent qualification (relevant fields)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to work in a retail environment
